All kitchens are appointed with 1.5”-thick polished granite countertops, custom installed stainless steel GE appliances, including an 18-gauge steel double sink with pull-out spray faucets and garbage disposal, dark wood cabinetry and decorative pendant lighting over the dining/breakfast bar area.

Flooring is of wood laminate, walls are painted in a decorative tan color, moldings and doors are white-accented. Apartment homes also have washer-dryer sets and chutes for garbage disposal are located on each floor throughout the community.

Each apartment home has excellent soundproofing qualities with energy efficient insulation, and windows are double-glazed. Interiors feature Berber carpeting, exposed brick walls (in select apartments), wooden beams, spacious walk-in closets, and a patio or balcony. Addison Mill is wired for cable television and equipped for wireless internet access.

Bathroom vanities feature Navajo granite-topped oval drop-in sinks. Tub/showers are enclosed by 8” x 12” ceramic wall and floor tiles.

External unit doors are of solid-core wood construction with antique brass fittings.
