INTERIOR

Addison Mill has a year-round heating/cooling system that uses a highly efficient hybrid gas/electric heat pump. Gas heat, cold water, trash collection, sewer, parking, and common area and exterior lighting are included in the rental rates.

A fitness center with Everlast brand performance flooring, mirror lined walls and state-of-the-art equipment, including an elliptical trainer and treadmills, is centrally located in the community.

As you enter the double-glass doors, the Addison Mill entrance foyer, with its burnt Sienna polished floor, presents a classic appearance. Illuminated pictures from the mill’s past and contemporary paintings by local artists adorn the preserved original brick walls. A suspended wood canopy ceiling and cobblestone carpeting heighten one’s anticipation of the unique private and common living areas awaiting beyond.

The cobblestone motif continues in carpeting along the building’s warmly lit corridors, complemented by blue fabric coverings above wainscoting on the walls.

EXTERIOR

Addison Mill offers 45 covered and 54 open parking spaces. The property is completely fenced and great attention has been paid to exterior lighting, using area appropriate illumination in the parking lot, along the perimeter and walkways and in landscaped areas.

“It’s like walking through an exclusive private plaza,” a visitor remarked. Three all-weather benches are located along the curved walk near the pond. Paths and walkways are of stamped concrete with coloring added to give a sense of strolling on a centuries old street. The walkway from the parking lot to the community’s sunken courtyard has terra-cotta textured concrete pavers on compacted sand.

The concrete paver walkway will connect a covered, open-sided pergola, or arbor, on the north side of the building with a spacious (14’ x 14’) cupola-topped gazebo overlooking the signature waterfall to the west.

The large deck on the north side is made of TREX—an all-weather recycled plastic material combined with wood fibers.
