Addison Mill Apartments, LLC is a private development entity led by Developer Martin J. Kenny along with a substantial private institutional equity investor that specializes in historic, multi-family developments.

Mr. Kenny’s past development experience includes multi-family housing, office, commercial-industrial and parking garage facilities. One Century Tower (285,000 sq. ft. office, 640 car parking garage) in New Haven, Talcott Plaza (120,000 sq. ft office, 1200 car parking garage renovation) in Hartford and 33 Stiles Lane , a 185,000 sq. ft warehouse development in North Haven are some of the more notable projects Mr. Kenny has overseen as a principal and developer during his 24 years in the commercial real estate investment business as a developer, principal, manager broker and commercial real estate lender.

Mr. Kenny is the sole developer and managing member for Trumbull on the Park LLC, the entity which recently completed Trumbull Centre, a $40 million multi-use commercial development located in Downtown Hartford. Trumbull Centre features 100 units of market rate, multi-family housing, a 600 car-parking garage and 8,000 square feet of surface retail space fronting Bushnell Park.

Mr. Kenny recently commenced construction on Addison Mill Apartments, which involves the $12M conversion of a historic abandoned mill constructed in the 1850’s into 55 luxury apartment units in Glastonbury, Connecticut. He is pursuing plans to develop 111 Pearl Street, a 70,000 sq. ft commercial building into mixed-use retail and studio apartments in Hartford. Additionally, Mr. Kenny has a strategic alliance with the Texas based, Fairfield Residential LLC to work jointly to uncover and develop large multi-family residential opportunities in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Mr. Kenny received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University in 1978 and a J.D. degree from the Quinnipiac Law School. He resides in Wethersfield, CT with his wife Angela and their children.el & P
